Jason Bennison has lost it’s third claim and injunction application in the High Court.
Will he ever learn from his mistakes?
Losses and more losses...
Jason Bennison has lost his third High Court case. To recap:
- On September 7th 2017, he lost against Nominet
- On September 11th 2017, he lost against Harding
- On March 30th 2021, he lost against Bardsley
On all three occasions, he was also ordered to pay the Defendant’s costs, and it was Case (1) that led to his bankruptcy.
Our mission statement
As the name suggests, this site is in place to highlight and correct the wrong information and bad advice often posted on the Bailiff Help Forum, run by Jason Bennison and his side-kick Mark 1960 (a.k.a. Tuco, Statto, Gary Brown, Butterfingers, Starving Taxpayer), who claims to be a paralegal, yet, on their posts, both show a distinct lack of basic legal knowledge and understanding of legislation and court procedure.
Additionally, a number of people have been subject to years of relentless abuse, name calling, defamation and breach of their right to respect for their private and family life on the Bailiff Help Forum. This has been largely the work of Mark Bowley, although Jason and Pote Snitkin have routinely joined in. This site gives those people a voice.

On the 12th of March 2015, a writ of control was issued against Mr Miller for £408,000. This related to a judgment from March 2010 for £330,000. I am assuming that the difference between both figures relates to interest on the debt. The Creditor passed the writ of control to a High … Read More
