Spiralling Out of Control
3 years 7 months ago
Without this Blog, there is nobody (including Mark Bowley or Manish Gupta) who are correcting the garbage from Jason Bennison (posting as Schedule 12).
This is today’s car crash:
I’m not familiar with a ‘Notice of Issue of Warrant of Control’. The regulations do not provide such a document
He certainly is spiralling out of control. It’s plain to see that the OP’s query concerns a County Court judgment. The regulations DO provide for such a document. He can neither read or understand what is written.

In May, Mark Bowley (posting as John the Baptist), made a critical comment on the Bailiff Help Forum about Jason Bennison (Schedule 12). He said this:
I’m not going to bother arguing with you, it’s pointless. You seem to be SPIRALLING OUT OF CONTROL with this MADNESS
Two months earlier, Mark Bowley made this critical comment:
Jason – Are you on fcukin drugs?
Do you not realise what a car crash waiting to happen you are?
Jason Bennison does not listen. Take this example today on the Bailiff Help Forum. It beggars belief.
The title of the question is a clue in itself, CHARGE CERTIFICATE.
Good morning I have received a “CHARGE CERTIFICATE” for parking in a restricted street during prescribed hours on 18/6/2018
It said a notice to owner wasr sent to me on the 2/8/2018.
There was never a yellow ticket on the windscreen and I havent received any correspondence until now.
It says the amount was £70 but now £105.
What can I do about this please
Jason Bennison (Schedule 12):
Make an out of time declaration or witness statement.
Debtor:
Sorry i’m a little confused, Should I fill out the TE7 as well as the TE9
Jason Bennison (posting as Schedule 12)
Yes.
PS: Not surprising, the Traffic Enforcement Centre could not process the debtors forms. The notice is a Charge Certificate for Christ’s sake !!! That is like advising a consumer to ‘set aside’ a judgment when all that they have received is a bloody invoice !!!

A personal message to Jason Bennison:
For Christ’s sake Jason, I have been telling you for YEARS that your advice about bailiff enforcement is ROTTEN TO THE CORE. When will you realise that there should be a PUBLIC WEALTH WARNING attached to you.
Realising your error adn despite the thread being called CHARGE CERTIFICATE, you have the sheer audacity to update the thread to effectively blame the poor debtor !!!!
Jason Bennison (posting as Schedule 12):
This is a forum about bailiffs but you have not got bailiffs. You do an INFORMAL APPEAL with the council
PS: The name of this blog is certainly intended for YOUJason Bennison as the lastest advice that you have given above is WRONG AGAIN!!!!
How in heaven’s name can a motorist issue an informal appeal at the CHARGE CERTIFICATE stage ???? He cannot do so. Are you really that stupid?
“You can’t sue the bailiff for trespass because the law protects them from such action, but you can sue the creditor, and he can sue the bailiff by making a claim on their indemnity insurance.”
No Jason, not really.

Yet again he has not read what has been said and is saying the enquirer needs to Stay the Writ . https://www.bailiffhelpforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5257
Could that not be a bit difficult seeing as they coughed for the whole lot and DCBL went away with a PIF.
What a tit. Little wonder some say he is both Unqualified & Unlicensed as a Paralegal, this is basic that even Thomas the Tank Engine understands.

Bennison still at it
