Who is Jason Bennison? A Biography by D Lindley, BHF Historian and Biographer
To get to know Jason Bennison, we need to look at his autobiography, written by himself on a site called Screw the Bailiff. The accomplished Historian and Biographer D Lindley came across this site in the course of his research into Bennison’s life and published his findings on his Plentyfishy site. This site is not to be confused with the spoof Plentyfishy site set up by Pote Snitkin (a.k.a. Sheela Hardon, a.k.a. November) on WordPress.com. On his site, D Lindley wrote the following.
The first time I know of that Jason Bennison appeared on the internet with a bailiff website was with a site called ‘Screw the Bailiff’. He introduced himself on that site as follows:
So he claims to be able to get a solution to almost any bailiff related problem, but no formal qualifications. He has not been the target of bailiffs, but his partner was (remember that!) Clearly he has powerful connections as he had the ear of Lord Ralph Lucas. What next?
Not a lawyer then, but a member of a Masonic Lodge or similar where he is exuberent about his connections with lawyers, solicitors, a Recorder Judge and his regular contact with a District Judge who, “quietly gives me the lowdown on bailiff procedure and legislation.”
Also of note is the statement about everything being done for love not money (remember that too). He is clearly a nice guy doing all this “for the communal good of all.“
So we are getting the picture of a well connected, educated, community spirited gentleman. Is there more? Oh yes!
Wow! Started his career (remember that – sorry to ask you to remember so much), to repeat STARTED his career as a professional diver working for BP with what sounds like a degree in marine geology. However, a propensity for the Caribbean and the Maldives led to a switch of careers late in life, note, “I switched careers LATE IN LIFE and I’m now a commercial pilot flying Boeing 777′s ……” He returns to mention bailiffs now stating he knows some, but they focus in high-end corporate work.
This is an impressive gentleman. Well connected, highly educated, two lucrative careers, switching to the commercial piloting late in life and being public spirited helps people with bailiff problems out of love, not for money.
And more still…..
…… a very talented photographer indeed. AirTeamImages.com states, “We believe our photographers to be amongst the very best in the business, not just because they are skilled in their aviation photography craft, but because many have strong and respected associations within the aviation industry.” Not just a hobby though Mr Jason Bennison, do not undersell yourself.
AirTeamImages.com is looking for photographers all the time, ones who add something unique. They ask, “Are you willing to commit fully and exclusively for the commercial sale of your images? Members of Air Team Images are willing to show and give 100% commitment to the business and the other members within the team and as such receive in return a good and fair sales commission for the images, prints and gifts that are sold.” So a third career as well, albeit a sideline one.
Now here lies a first hint of a chink in the armour. Jason Bennison clearly states it is not hard to guess which contributor he is. Well, it is actually. It’s extremely hard because you can actually search the entire site for photographs by name of photographer – the site lists ALL their photographers. GUESS WHAT? There is no Jason Bennison or Bennison, or plain Jason, JB, nothing that appears to be remotely similar to Jason Bennison. Strange! Never mind.
So to the final amazing part of the extraordinary man that is Mr Jason Bennison. Jason the musician, in fact a pianist with a piano which now still sells for around £6000 and takes up a huge 6ft x 5 ft space. That gives an idea of just how grandiose Mr Bennison’s living room must be. The philanthropic nature shining through again though with the busking on the tube and a large crowd resulting in a somewhat unfortunate, and possibly improbable removal by the police to the police station. Very unfortunate indeed!
So to the sad finale of this part.
Another career working the holiday circuits. Diver, pilot, photographer, musician – a truly amazingly talented individual. Is this holiday circuit work alongside being a photographer and a pilot? Is it instead of one? Well, definitely not the pilot as we shall see, so he must be pilot and holiday circuit musician simultaneously. How does that work? Clearly an understanding employer who grants a lot of time off for him to pursue his love of music.
Now a Rotary Club. I know they don’t have ‘funny handshakes’ so this is an additional social club where he entertains on the piano again. Then the rookie cop who is also a County Court bailiff as a day job (How does that work then? Policeman by night, bailiff by day? Hmmm……) Finally, ever the philanthropist, his local vicar. Vicars are terrible for dragging you into Church if you have a musical talent, I know. Bach’s D minor – excellent piece of music, so an accomplished, nay highly accomplished organist as well as pianist. Not many realise the vast difference in skill
set between being a good pianist and a good organist. I do! The two instruments are totally different, but many do master both after a lot of practice. The piece mentioned is tricky though, really tricky. I play it occasionally, though my days of being up to that standard are now really past.
So that was Mr Jason Bennison as he first introduced himself to the internet. A highly talented, public spirited individual to be admired. A gentleman in the traditional sense of the word who has crammed a vast amount into his life, some of which is almost hard to believe.
What will come next I wonder?

Doesn’t Jason live in Crawley?
I thought he was living in the Philippines touting to write ‘wills’ for ex pats? Perhaps they will get wise to him just like the UAE did and he will have to flee yet again. He is not qualified to write ‘wills’ having failed the exams three times,Just as he isn’t qualified to tout his services as a ‘paralegal’ .
Is this the work of our Learned Friend Bennison, the wannabe pilot? We know he is very fond of his drones (the only things he can fly) and lives near Gatwick airport. Seems to have found a new hobby now his mates are not playing pin the tail on the donkey on abuse threads with him on his nearly defunct BHF Forum!

It seems Gatwick is open again. it may be a bad idea for Jason to bring his drone through customs ATM. I should think the staff have seen enough of them just lately.

He must be home for Christmas. I wonder whether there was a ‘welcome mat’ to greet him. Somehow I doubt it.
Judging from his YouTube channel, he is a very poor and utterly boring drone ‘pilot’
Speaking of boring, if you have trouble sleeping at night, and the hot chocolate doesn’t help, just view a couple of his drone videos. You will be asleep in no time.

[…] architect“. Well, well, well, what’s one more lie when he’s also been a pilot, a deep sea diver, a holiday camp entertainer, a Kleeneze distributor and an office layabout, while still finding the time to draft legal […]
Can I make an important point….Jason Bennison’s website at that time was named Screw the Bailiff but it’s domain name was different. It is located under a domain name of Criminal-Bailiffs.Angelfire.com
Jason Bennison set up the website in 2008. At that time, he was also posting on the Consumer Action Group forum with a USERNAME of Screw the Bailiff. It was under that username that he continually tried to post ‘COMMERCIAL LINKS’ to template letters featured on his website. CAG are known for not allowing ‘commercial links’. Consequently, links were frequently removed. One moderator that he fell out badly with was Rory 32.
In 2014, I approached Bennison by email regarding the website Screw the Bailiff and the references on the site to him being a commercial pilot, a deep sea diver, qualifications in marine geology etc etc). He DENIED any knowledge of the site. I reminded him of his public arguments at the time with the moderators and in particular, with ‘Rory 32’. He claimed that he had no idea who ‘Rory 32’ was. So I sent him a link to the SECOND page of the Screw the Bailiffs website:
http://web.archive.org/web/20090430234714/http:/criminal-bailiffs.angelfire.com:80/index.htm
I suggested that he should read the footnote which says as follows:
Jason Bennison’s response was typical….DENIAL.
There is more…..
in the footer of the above PDF, Bennison provides a number of hyperlinks. The first link (entitled ‘this one’) is to a copy of a template (I wouldn’t waste your time reading it if I were you).
The 2nd link (public criticism of us) is this one:
http://web.archive.org/web/20081202041631/http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bailiffs-sheriff-officers/134233-does-never-end.html
In Bennison’s post at 19.30pm he attempts to post 5 links to template documents on his Screw the Bailiff website. The links are removed by the moderator Rory 32 who then makes this public statement:
The 3rd link (screen capture of the deleted post) is a copy of Bennison’s deleted post adn his public criticism of Rory 32. He was banned shortly after.

What became of the Screw the Bailiff website?
Its domain name still exists and links to the site can still be found on a number of FMoTL websites. One such site is GOODF. Viewers will need to scroll down the page to see the post which. Its heading is…Screw the Bailiff.

The link diverts to another website (or at least it does at the moment)…..Dealing with Bailiffs.
Jason Bennison is a pathalogical liar of the very worst kind.
It would seem their impressive literary techniques even fails to impress the respective job centres.
