Mark Bowley the rantaholic ends the year in a high note
Around this time last year, Bowley vowed to stop posting to focus on developing his own website and furthering his legal career. He even came to post his Fond Farewell on what was the predecessor of this website: Will Mark, under his many names, ever stop posting?
Born again, several times
As we all know, after a short break, he not only came back with a vengeance, but he also gave birth to two new user names on BHF: JimUK1 and John the Baptist. JimUK1 was a name he nicked from Quatloos, where there was already a poster of that name. Why he chose that name is a mystery to us all. In the end, it doesn’t matter what he chooses to call himself, his style is his calling card, as Firthy so aptly pointed out, after he vehemently denied being Ted Striker, just like he denied being JimUK1!
He also tried joining CAG, where he was allowed to stay, or shall we say, troll, much longer than he should have been allowed to. As we have already seen above, at some point, he also went back to Quatloos, where it didn’t take long for him to get banned for the xxxth time! His Quatloos ban made him go back to full rant mode on BHF and post on a thread that had been quiet all of this year. Interestingly, he went back to post as Tuco, a name he had not been using, having first reinvented himself as Statto, then JimUK1, followed by John the Baptist. Tuco was the name he used on the original Quatloos thread dedicated to Bennison, once his BHF alter ego had been banned. Maybe he didn’t want the Quatloos mods to find out about his more recent names…
On the post above, we can see him making his usual ageist and disablist comments.
ID switch
He obviously thinks he is fooling the Quatloos mods by pulling the switch, as we can see below, he goes back to calling himself JimUK1 when he wants to hurl his usual abuse at “the chimp”, then logs in as Tuco to respond to the mods on Quatloos.
WHO IS HE TRYING TO FOOL?
All the above flared up at the time of Jason’s epic defeat against Nominet. That must have had a profound effect on Bowley, who then went into hiding for a month or so, hardly ever posting a word on BHF.
Mark the Rantaholic Returns
It wasn’t going to last long, Mark is a rantaholic who can’t draw oxygen from the air unless he rants. A month later, he returns to have a good go at a number of people and forums. He says “advice forums are generally outdated…” Makes you wonder why he is so desperate to keep joining them…
Mark’s Final Rant of the Year… so far…
Mark then went silent for nearly a couple of months. Just when we all thought there was hope of him finally giving up the ghost, up he pops again!
Another one of his long and convoluted rants follows. Then, his Closing Argument as follows, where he gives his final verdict:
Note how, the day before, he was ranting as John the Baptist and has, now, switched back to JimUK1. He will argue that many others have also posted under multiple user names, however, there is usually a good reason for that, if you are unable to post under one name, you must use another one. Simples. Not so in Mark Bowley’s case. As we have seen, he’s not been banned from BHF under any of those names, so there is no reason for him to use multiple names at the same time. What’s the point when the content makes him stand out like a sore thumb?
Asking whether Bowley will stop posting in the New Year would be like asking whether bailiff companies will stop operating…

Mark Bowley calling people “uneducated ” again.
He has a nerve, thrown out of School at 14, street thug thereafter.
No qualifications of any kind. Repeatedly sacked from gainful employment. Avoided by serious commentators and professional people. Cant even post on any other forum because they have all banned him.

Is it me but doesn’t this look like he is describing himself?
Mark Bowley, let this be the first lesson in your criminal advice career.
A criminal case us usually between the state and the accused, anyone who may think he is due losses on account of the miscreants actions is not even party to the proceedings ,accept maybe as a witness. How can he claim damages?
Besides which it is penalties which are handed down and not damages.
Even if it is a private prosecution it is still a fine or time which is handed down by the judge.
Why does he think people make civil claims after a criminal.
Oh and the hodd carrier is going to ignore “going forward”. I think his record is 4 minutes.
Of course it is possible to claim damages or losses by way of a victims order upon a conviction. To suggest otherwise is absolute nonsense. Says Mark the bricklayers apprentice
Erm no
You can be awarded compensation.
it is no wonder you cannot understand the position regarding criminal committal.
Sorry Mark Bowley you are a fool.
Amazing, he whinges about being defamed just because we associated him with his profession and then returns to his loutish common abuse.
Anyway, I rarely refer to him as a Bricklayer, bricklayers are skilled artisans, no he is a brickie’s mate. Needs to learn much more to be a bricklayer
Not read his latest nonesense yet, I will when I get a minute, whilst on here I am filing my nails.
We all have our place in life ,you would think at his advanced years he would find contentment.
Also I do not really mean to insult his aspirations in developing his somewhat meagre legal knowledge.I have always told my kids to reach for the sky. However he should at least keep his aspirations within the realms of reality.
Brickie Bowley says
Private prosecutions are actually not as rare as one might think and certainly not Fmotl fantasies, as the internet’s resident buffoon claims.
He the goes on to cite the Stephen Lawrence case from 35 years ago, no Bowley, hardly rare at all. Do you really think you are going to make a living out of the, you really are a plum.
I wonder what the prick has to say now about private prosecutions?
