Jason to become a Chartered Legal Executive – original by D Lindley
We have already introduced talented Historian and Biographer D Lindley on the introductory post to the biographical series on Jason Bennison. This is another post by the same author on the same blog.
One might think that the owner of a site such as Bailiff Help Forum (you can find the owner at Nominet by entering the website URL www.bailiffhelpforum.co.uk) would be very proud to announce a positive development such as the one copied below.
What is puzzling is that this remained in public view for less than one day. However, it came under a lot of scrutiny, with questions about the veracity of the post. Overnight the entire thread was ‘cleansed’ by the site administrator, Amy, and this claim was moved out of public view into the infamous ‘Flame Pit’ which non-members cannot access. One has to question why? This is a copy of the claim.
There is a problem here, as while the owner of the Bailiff Help Forum site has the Nominet registration in his own name, the site which is the actual business, www.dealingwithbailiffs.co.uk is registered under a pseudonym, Jason Bailey. He protects publication of his real name ferociously.
If members of Bailiff Help Forum are asked to part with money after being referred to Dealing With Bailiffs, one might reasonably expect them to know with whom they are conducting business.
Also, of course, if solicitors are indeed contacting him on a near daily basis regarding bailiff problems (bearing in mind this man is a will writer by profession), then they would need to know with whom they are speaking. If solicitors and law firm introducers are pressuring this man to become a Chartered Legal Executive, then he would have to sit those examinations using his real name. Would this not mean his true name would then be publicised, something which, for reasons only he knows, he does not appear to want?
The questions surrounding whether or not solicitors are likely to use the services of an external, untrained person to draft their legal arguments make interesting reading. It is not, of course, for me to comment on whether or not the claim is true or not, each individual must make up their own mind.
This is how he responded to one poster questioned the veracity of the claim.

Gawd blimey!!
Jason you need to step away from the bullshit that is now your life (as there isn’t an aspect you haven’t lied about) & give yourself a reality check..
Noone believes you!
This includes the gruesome twosome who run your fan club…..
You are an acknowledged fantasist, bullshitter, liar & all round meglamoniac!
Yet you still try to persist with your lies despite noone believing in anything you say, you do or that you say you do.
I foretell that it will be just you & your forum for company, as the rats are deserting you…..
You got noone to blame but yourself, you are bringing yourself down with absolutely no help from anyone.
I must say it’s absolutely bliddin fantastic to watch!! Lmfao
Hahahahahahaa, this is really funny! Jason who can’t string a sentence together in English (does he know any other language?) drafting legal documents? Get outta here!
