Jason Bennison’s former abode hits the market
Bennison has spent the last few years trying to convince us that he didn’t live in Crawley but “owned property” there, which, according to posts made by him, was “tenanted”. Some of you may recall a little video he’d uploaded to YouTube, under his own name, featuring images of himself not quite fully dressed in outdoor clothes, his little lad and his car, before starting a drone flight over the area. Bennison then took down the video when he decided to call in the cops and start making unfounded accusations. The video clearly showed him outside the property where he lived but which he didn’t own, all the opposite from what he claimed on the forum. According to reports shared by Detective Lindley, the house in question was solely owned by his partner. It should be easy enough to find out who owns it by checking with the land registry, and a quick call to the estate agents would suffice to find out who instructed them on the sale. It’s not rocket science!
A Tale of Two Agents
The house is currently on the market with two agents, after failing to sell through a single agent. As both use the Rightmove website, the house now has two listings.
The new agents have taken their own photos, and the outside picture is from the opposite angle, however, it does little to disguise the total lack of kerb appeal, not helped by the two rows of black empty planters at either side of the entrance dedicated to pedestrians. The planters could be a feature in themselves if only they had done something to them, something as simple as planting some evergreens which would provide shape and colour all year round and require minimal care. For example, like this:
Spot the difference!
The new agents have also taken their own pictures inside the house. Can anyone spot the difference between these two pictures of the living room?
Living room – BEFORE
Living room – AFTER
No, it’s not the angle! Note the wall above the two seater? Where there had previously been a picture hanging on the wall, there is now a square which is visibly different from the rest of the wall. The picture that has been removed between the two listings looks remarkably like the images that were on that YouTube video of the drone flight over Crawley which Bennison removed a few months ago, where he said that little boy was his son. WHY would that picture have been removed from the wall? It was clearly not for aesthetic reasons, as there is now an ugly, tell-tale square on the wall.
Bennison liked to deny living in that house and claimed it was “tenanted”, but how many tenants would hang a portrait of the landlord’s son on their living room? Clearly the photo was a giveaway that Bennison was living there, and also the reason it has now been removed, coinciding with the time someone mentioned the house being on the market here on this blog… Uhmm…
What have we here?
Can you identify the object on the left hand side of this picture of the main bedroom? It probably explains Jason’s usual all over tan!
The photo used on the new listing has left it out, but we can still see it if you look at the item on the extreme left of the photo.

Bennison’s abode is sold (subject to contract) which means once he has paid all his debts off he can upgrade his Nipa Hut. He could go for inside toilet and running water.
Bennison is holed up at the White Beach Resort. Googled photographs of the place and it made my skin crawl. I wouldn’t stay there if they paid me but I guess beggars can’t be choosers can they Jason?
Another denial from JB today:
The wishful thinking was Bennison’s. He wished that he had been living in a large country estate or London townhouse instead of this little house in Crawley.
Google says the following but looks as if he has pulled it:
I don’t believe for one minute that he is in the Philippines. His posting times are a giveaway to start with.
The local time in the Philippines is 8 hours ahead of UK time so posting as he does at 8pm UK time would mean that it is 4am in the Philippines. Who does he think that he is kidding.
Also, if he was in that country, why in heavens name would he be raising a query about income tax on a UK forum, he would use an expat forum like he did in the past when he was living in Dubai and ‘supposedly’ working as a highly paid ‘Pilot’ for Emirates.
Also, if he was living in the Philippines, how would his ‘£35 telephone consultation’ work? It would cost an absolute fortune for naive debtors to call his mobile in that country.
“how would his ‘£35 telephone consultation’ work…….. a con is a con whichever way you try dress it up and as long as naive debtors keep funding him he won’t give a damn.
I do hope his ex partner isn’t having to sell up to give him a slice of the bacon. Is he paying for the upkeep of their son or is she having to depend on benefits to supplement her income?
no, he doesn’t own any part of the property, in fact he doesn’t own anything of substance.

The problem is I broke one cardinal rule. I pay my taxes. Laughably (sorry Chris Badger but i did laugh at your laughable comment on CAG), my accuser dorsn’t. Indeed having convicted thrice for it. Likewise, two of my accusers accomplices, apparently, paid no tax at all last year
Not so good at paying costs orders and client refunds though are you.
‘Not so good at paying costs orders and client refunds though are you’
Or even maintenance to support his children.
I gather that his first wife was left in debt because JB wouldn’t pay his fair share and look after his two kids. Greedy git couldn’t wait to get his divorce settlement and then desert them for climates new. Typical of spineless parents like him, he has no moral fibre at all. I believe that the CSA are still left owing as well. JB pay your debts!
The Land Registry records are very revealing.
