PUBLIC INTEREST WARNING: MR JASON BENNISON IS NOW OFFICIALLY BANKRUPT.
Hire Purchase Saga
This is an interesting case worthy of debate and we decided to start by copying Jason’s own post which, for some reason, appears to have been removed shortly after it was posted.
Does anyone know if all the problems were due to the frequent hacking attempts on this site. I have been away for the weekend so had not noticed it was down, however i was aware that it was becoming increasingly unstable.
The tech support guys found a number of problems with the site. A lot of what they said was techy mumbo jumbo, but they went on quite a bit about securing the site and made a few suggestions, so likely to be related.

Not sure where this case was heard, it mentions both the County Court and the High Court. I’ve been meaning to as the same question but couldn’t get into this site last night. It was not available, I thought maybe it got shut down because of all the questions asked.

What Jason Bennison writes, and what is true are two different things.
Take for example, his opening comment (“There is a historic HIGH COURT case that ruled that a debtor has a ‘vested interest’ in hire purchase goods”).
Let’s look at the evidence:
He claims that this ‘historic’ High Court’ case is Singh v Sandy 2012. That court case was nothing more than a Form 4 Complaint heard before HH Judge Main sitting at Stoke-on-Trent County Court. Singh was the clamant and Sandy the Certificated Bailiff.

I’ve been seeing the message a lot since I managed to post yesterday?????
Something’s not right, that’s for sure.
There’s been some problems accessing the site, must be something wrong with the server. We’ll contact the hosting company because this has been happening a lot lately.
Is anyone else having problems getting on this blog ?
Also what is all the duplication of posts business about.
Did Not have these problems when i ran it. 🙂

I tried to post last night and all I got was a 404 error message, it was still there this morning. I thought the site got taken down by the web server company after a complaint from Jason.
there is a lot of stuff on Jason’s post which i cannot believe was part of successful claim. section 13, mortgages etc.
It seems pointless to correct them if they are not.

Jason’s playing hide & seek with posts again!! (Surprise NOT!!)
WTF goes on in that empty vacuum between his ears?? I know his single brain cell regularly struggles with itself, but surely there’s a tiny spark of humility in there that says “hold on wtf am i doing??”

The tech support guys were absolutely brilliant and, thanks to their hard work identifying various problems, the site is now up and running again.

The 404 errors continue. We’ll take it with the hosting company, something’s wrong with the server.
Does anyone know if this case was high or lower court, Jason doesn’t seem to be sure.
Higher or Lower. Maybe he needs to play his cards right.
