Confusion Sets In – from the Plentyfishy series
Here’s our next biographical post from the talented D Lindley’s Plentyfishy series.
So let’s summarise things so far:
- Jason Bennison qualifies as a Marine Geologist and is a deep sea diver for BP.
- Late in life he changes career to become a commercial pilot flying Boeing 777′s.
- He has a great interest in photography and pursues his hobby ‘semi-professionally’ through a website.
- He is a gifted musician playing piano and organ to what must be a near professional level given the piece mentioned which he plays on the Church organ.
- He uses the musical talent to travel the holiday circuits playing keyboards to accompany a magician’s act where people are cut in half.
- His partner has experienced action by bailiffs, but he has not. He understandably takes an interest in bailiffs given his partner’s plight and becomes something of an ‘unofficial expert’ able to solve almost any bailiff problem.
- He is very philanthropic giving of his time to help people with bailiff problems out of love, not for money. He is active in social circles, a member of the Masons or something similar, a member of his local Rotary Club where he uses his musical talent, involved through music with his local vicar / Church.
We have already faced the question of how he manages to fit all this in. That aside though, things get more complicated. Here we go:
According to Google + he was born in January 1967.
That makes him 47 years old (2014) which makes his claimed achievements even more spectacular. Let’s take a closer look, starting with his career as a commercial pilot which, if you remember, he started late in life.
On September 21st 2012 Jason Bennison, under the user name Happy Contrails, made the following post on the consumer website Legal Beagles.
So we know he was born in January, 1967. In the post above Jason Bennison, JasonDWB of the website ‘Dealing With Bailiffs‘ (see Jason Bailey below) and registered as the owner of ‘Bailiff Help Forum’ (www.bailiffhelpforum.co.uk) claims to have gained his private pilot’s licence in 1982 and his commercial licence in 1985. This would mean he was aged just 15 when he got his private pilot’s licence (ppl) and remarkably only 18 years old when he qualified as a commercial pilot. THIS IS CLEARLY UNTRUE GIVEN HE HAS ALREADY STATED HE HAS HAD A CAREER AS A DEEP SEA DIVER WITH BP BEFORE GAINING HIS COMMERCIAL PILOT’S LICENCE in a career change, “late in life.”
This headline from the Daily Mail says it all:
So Dealing With Bailiffs is clearly Jason Bennison as the photograph shows, but he is using the name Jason Bailey for the website and for registering at ‘Nominet Who Is’ as shown in the link above.
What I find very disturbing is that living in West Sussex, very close to Mr Bennison, is a Jason Bailey. Let’s look at the start of the real Mr Jason Bailey’s Linkedin page:
Do you notice any similarities with this page and with the claims of Mr Bennison who is using Jason Bailey as a pseudonym, a genuine commercial pilot living in the same county? This appears almost like identity theft (a comment, not an allegation!)
Are we really expected to believe what he has written? I ask this as a genuine question given what has been shown here. The doubts already sown in the previous page now
become almost unbelievable. Oh and hold on, let’s go back to that post from Legal Beagles, what does he say? “I am a qualified estate planning practitioner.” Well how did he forget to mention that in his original introduction? Maybe a deep sea diver, a commercial pilot, a musician, a semi-professional photographer AND an estate planning practitioner would be just too much to fit into 25 years (Marine Geology is a 4 year course, I checked so he’d have been aged 22 graduating from university).
I’m afraid Mr Jason Bennison, JasonDWB, Jason Bailey, Happy Contrails of Bailiff Help Forum and Dealing With Bailiffs is not being honest. The very person that advises so many people and makes a vast amount of money from the Dealing With Bailiffs website appears to be lying.
Let’s delve further as incredibly there’s still more. Let’s look at his Linkedin page.
Am I reading that correctly? He is a software architect at Lawsuite ( a company very recently dissolved where his partner Donna Kinser was the sole director). So, from the age of 22 he has managed careers as a deep sea diver, a commercial pilot, a professional musician, a semi-professional photographer, an estate planning practitioner and now a software architect.
PHEW! So that’s it. No? There cannot be more? The next screenshot is of his Friends Reunited page. It is in two parts.
So now we add cab driver in the UK in the 1990′s, and jack of all trades all other times, now living in France.
I’m sorry Mr Bennison, but this is not making any sense. Who are you exactly? What have you really been? Is there anything else?
Ah yes, a Kleeneze distributor, alongside the computer programmer, and possibly a deep sea diver, a commercial pilot, a professional musician, a semi-professional photographer, an estate planning practitioner and a taxi driver, not forgetting the office layabout.
I think it is now proven beyond doubt that Mr Jason Bennison is being less than truthful.
So why have I done this?
Well Jason Bennison is, as you have seen, a self proclaimed bailiff expert. He claims his partner had an experience with a bailiff some time ago. He is the owner, or more the person registered with ‘Who Is’ or ‘Nominet’ of both www.dealingwithbailiffs.co.uk and www.bailiffhelpforum.co.uk. He claims a lot, but his website has published content about me under my username (synonymous with my real name). I have politely emailed and asked to be removed. I believe the content to be incorrect, or offensive. There is a background and an ongoing issue. To learn more, read on to the next page. It was necessary to establish how likely it is he is telling the truth when I publish what is to come. I believe I have provided a detailed account of his past credibility, backed up with evidence. All future content will also be backed with evidence. As said before, I have no intent to defame or cause any damage to Mr Bennison’s business interests, but I believe I have the right to defend myself against comments made about
either myself or any username directly synonymous with myself. If comments are made, it is important they are placed with a full context.

I remember Jason in the early 1990’s as a mobile car valet. He then got in to programming PC’s, as well as a bit of aerial photography and then Kleeneeze before divorcing his wife and deserting his two boys for pastures new. I heard that he still owed the CSA lots of money (as he certainly didn’t spend any more on his sons!).
We are all ears….tell us more……..
So was he ever a Pilot?
He led me to believe that he may have a minor pilots license of some type, small plane or helicopter but I never saw any evidence. I do know that he did hire the odd helicopter to do aerial photos but I would assume they would have to be piloted by someone else. I gather that he is colour blind to some extent so maybe that would stop him getting a license perhaps?
PS – How do I know that you are not Jason Bennison himself?
You can rest assured that Jason Bennison would not be posting on this blog.
His attempt to try to get the blog closed down earlier this year left him nursing a £26,000 cost order and facing bankruptcy.
http://bailiffhelpforumarewrongagain.com/bennison-v-nominet-ltd/
Hahahahahahaha! That was soooo clever! £26,000 to close down the blog for a couple of weeks! Is that one for the Guinness Book?
If he owes money to anyone I wonder if he sold his gold coins that he would say he had squirreled away or whether his family would help him out, and whether he gets any royalties from his software he wrote ( i.e. Doctor Lottery by Jaysoft)? Unfortunately a lot of what he does is about image and bragging about money (or what it cost), hence the fake tan and blonde highlights. As long as he looks or “bigs up” after No1 he’s happy. I forgot to mention in my previous comment that he did mini-cabbing for a while as well.
The same software that, by 2004, was going to be available in all 51 states? If that was the case, he would be ro££ing in it, and would never have had a bailiff knocking on his door to start with! Nor would he be running his shitty site Dealing With Bailiffs, when he could be sunbathing on his yacht!
Lindley started his investigations into Bennison’s life years ago as shown above, going as far back as 1999. Looks like very little has changed in 18 years, once a liar always a liar….
How lazy and very much council estate esq, Jason keeps the xmas lights up all year round in his little home office
That little home office seems as bare and empty as his supposed legal victories.
Assuming that what he told the court was correct, the reason for the empty office would likely be because his long time partner and mother of his young son had informed him just before the Nominet hearing that she wanted their relationship to end. Given that the house is hers and not his, she could simply have asked him to leave.
He informed me in September that he was now living back with his mother at her home in Thames Ditton.
Don’t forget that she is his second wife/partner that we know about. He did have two sons in his first marriage that he and his family completely abandoned. What happened to all the gold coins he said that he had garnered over the years? that could have helped put the boys through school etc.
Who can blame her! She must have got fed up of the constant fibbing and false promises. If what we read above and on his own websites is anything to go by, then he couldn’t tell the truth if his life depended on it. No doubt he would have charmed her with tales of making millions from his software, his estate planning and will writing business and his enforcement advice business. She must have waited, waited and waited…
Then there were other rumours circulating, true or not, if we’ve heard them, she must have heard them too.
Biggest giveaway (apart from the picture of his son hanging on the wall) that this is where Jason lives, is the Philips sunbed in the bedroom
Seeing that sunbed in the bedroom, brings back vivid memories of Jason Bennison’s old avatar on his forum showing him naked from the waist up but with an obvious fake orange tan.
False tan to match his false life.
Three weeks after losing the Nominet case, Jason Bennison’s ‘tenanted’ property in Crawley (the one that he denied owning) was put on the market.
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-62162872.html
This is the house you may remember that was featured in a video that he posted on YouTube a year ago which he entitled:
‘Drone Flight around Trefoil Crescent, Broadfield’.
This was the bizarre video where he was shown standing barefoot on the drive of the ‘tenanted’ property showing off his new drone (quite what the tenants must have thought about this odd behaviour is anyones guess).
It’s the same property as well where his J&D Estate Planning and his Will Writing Advice business is shown as being registered to.
http://www.willwritingadvice.co.uk
Jason has frequently dedicated posts on his forum to mocking the homes (and their values) of his rivals, so it wouldn’t be right not to report on the progress of the sale of his little homestead (Trefoil ‘Manor’).
The property has been reduced in price and another agent are trying to sell it but look very carefully at the lounge pictures from the new agent and see if you can spot the difference????
Orignal agent:

New agent added on 28th November 2017
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-62943424.html
That is so funny, the new lounge picture has a large white mark where the picture of Jason Bennison’s son was previously hanging.
How far will this guy go to hid the fact that this modest house was where he had been living since 2006.
…..and Jason has the cheek to say I live in a ‘rabbit hutch’…my bungalow has more to offer than his ‘mansion’.
How could you fit “a Yamaha G3 piano” into that tiny lounge?
He has a device such as that used in “Honey, I shrunk the kids”, which he uses to shrink objects while he’s not using them. Has also used it on his vintage Rolls Royce to avoid leaving it parked in that driveway. Shame it doesn’t work on his belly… It got directed to his brain instead!
The tenants must have been very close to Jason, they had a picture of the same boy that was outside with Jason, his son, it can still be seen hanging on the living room wall…
…or maybe, just maybe, he was actually living there, despite his silly denials!
Now we all know why developed delusions of grandeur!!
Are you trying to suggest to me that Jason Bennison was lying when he said this on Quatloos:
???????
It always bothered him when someone mentioned he lives in Crawley, choosing instead to use mumsy’s address on his legal documents because it’s a posher area, then he gives his location as “West London”! That’s a bit of a stretch, the area is to the west of London, but then so is New York…
There was, indeed, a newspaper article somewhere, wasn’t it Christmas in Crawley with the Bennison Family? Or am I thinking of the National Lampoons Christmas? The Lampoon bit does fit him to a tee!
He does not own the property in Crawley. It was purchased in 2006 by his partner.
Also on Quatloos there is this link too. It’s being said that this was the first post that he made on Consumer Action Group.
Did this incident occur at the same property?
http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?46208-Bailiff-damage-to-buildings&p=365560&viewfull=1#post365560
This comment from his above post is also a lie:
That flat (which was in Banstead) was not his either. It was his partners.
Nooooooooo! Jason would never, ever lie… oooops, sorry have to keep moving further back, my nose is hitting the screen… ouch… stop growing, please!
