Bennison has been involved in advice forum for the last 10 years, and BHF was set up over 5 years ago. Over those years, he’s had his share of trials and tribulations, but 2017 has most certainly been His Best Year Ever.
Could this endless string of failures be the reason why he ended the year renaming BHF to “Dealing with Bailiffs”, as per his business site? After reinventing himself as “Schedule12”? As both sites are run by Bennison, it won’t make a difference, and nor will whatever name he chooses to call himself.

It’s taken Nominet nearly a year to get to this stage, it does make you wonder how many times he tried to wriggle out of it by putting forward his usual nonsensical arguments, if what we see posted on his forum and what’s shown in the articles above is anything to go by, that would be an awful lot of poo! But clearly no solid offer of repayment, otherwise it wouldn’t have come this far. Creditors do not proceed with bankruptcy petitions just to amuse themselves and scare the debtor, it’s virtually unheard of for a creditor to lose at this late stage.
One has to wonder how much he actually owes Nominet by now, surely they would have incurred further legal costs as well as the fees associated with bankruptcy, service of documents, etc. If Nominet managed to rack up a £26,000 legal costs fee over an injunction application, by now his debt to them is likely to be around £50,000.
Going back through BHF a.k.a. “Dealing With Bailiffs”, it doesn’t look like 2014 was a very good year either, nor 2015… A for 2016, well, that’s when a lot of this started to unroll… What Bennison didn’t do in previous years was take on a large corporation all by himself, so only his clients lost money, what makes 2017 so special is that he took his own advice… hahahahaha… a large sip of his own medicine!
2018 was another good year for this blog. Bennison is now out for the count, Bowley has learned to zip his mouth and Manish is back where he started..(a nobody without a home)

I would say a good year for the debtor.
If you look back even six months ago, his advice was intermingled with the odd Jasonism. The further back you go, the more appalling the advice. The only way he could avoid ridicule was by making nasty vicious personal insults, which both of them hurled at anyone who dared pull them up.
Now
I would say two thirds of what he says is on the money. We on the other hand have not changed, basically we did not need too.
He knows as well as we all do, that he learned from us, both from on here and on the fora. I could show the posts if I had the inclination.
Not that he will ever admit it of course.
When he now critises Jason, it is by using the insight we gave him. He has no hope in hell of understanding new legislation, like bennison he doesn’t have the cells.
